Atha Yoga is a school dedicated to the teachings of all things yoga.  Our focus is the traditional teachings of the eight limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga. We are committed to creating a safe space that is open to all and that supports the study and practice of yoga.

Our shala is located on our small farm in Grass Valley, California.
