A monthly practice workshop
This class will begin with pranayama and meditation. The asana practice will focus on the more subtle aspects of the foundational postures. We will break each one down and then research how to apply these basic principles to the asanas in the ashtanga sequence.
Offered 1st Sunday of the Month
For a full weekend of practice I have added additional classes. You may register for each individual class or the whole weekend.
