A monthly practice workshop
This two day workshop starts with meditation and pranayama.
The first day we practice the mMsore method and share an afternoon of philosophy and inquiry.
The second day begins also with meditation and pranayama and moves into the 3 hour Organizing Asana portion where we spend time exploring asana practice with focus on the more subtle aspects of the foundational postures. We will break each one down and then research how to apply these basic principles to the asanas in the ashtanga sequence.
You can do the Full Weekend or a single day getaway of either Saturday or Sunday.
