Spending focused, dedicated time on deepening your sadhana helps to highlight how these timeless teachings extend far beyond the physical postures. Together we explore asana, pranayama, and meditative inquiry and gain an experiential understanding of how committed practice helps to not only grow our physical health but also heals our wounds, opens our hearts and minds, and helps us grow a deeper more intimate understanding of ourselves.
Each of these immersions hold a magic all of their own, but they all share a glimpse of how yoga is more than a practice we do on our mats. When practiced with commitment and devotion, yoga can support us in all areas of our life.
In between our practices we nourish ourselves with fresh, organic vegetarian farm-to-table home cooked meals.
