About Rest Deeply

Yoga Nidra takes the body on a deep meditative journey into the deepest, most immersive realms within and gifts us an opportunity to heal our heart’s wounds and connect to the restful ease of being the is our Truest nature.

In this 4 week course we will explore a new theme each week that will support you as you journey into an inner inquiry with yourself and gain insight and understanding at the deepest level of being where there is potential to heal painful habit patterns from the past and redesign an inner world or ease, awareness & joy.
