Deepen Your Yoga Practice, On and Off the Mat

Once a month Atha Yoga offers you an opportunity to take a deep dive into the proper physical and structural alignment necessary for many of yoga’s foundational postures. As we deepen the muscular integrity of a pose, we learn how best to support the body and musculature, in preparation for approaching some of the more demanding asanas.  

As our physical understanding deepens, we begin to connect to a deeper, more integrated understanding of the mind-body connection. Practice then becomes your supportive ally as you work through physical , mental, or emotional tightness or blocks.

The more deeply we connect to the structural precision in our yoga  practice the more fully we can appreciate and experience the sense of integration and energetic connection that comes with deep, conscious , consistent practice.

Atha Yoga’s peaceful setting on a small family farm sets the stage for deep inquiry, deep practice and deep connection.

12:30pm – 2:00pm .. Inquiry & Philosophy


8:45am -9:30am.. Pranayama & Meditation

10:00am -1:00pm.. Organizing Asana Workshop
